Subject :# 14217 Poesía Inglesa desde el siglo XVIII
Student´s name: Pedrón Rubio, Rafael
Title of the paper: Blake’s criticism of the church.
Author or topic: William Blake
Abstract: In my first paper I tried to explain William Blake religious beliefs, I shown how he pictured God and how he criticized the church. In this second paper I am trying to go deeper into Blake’s criticism of the church and his anti-priest vision. I will begin with an introduction to explain what the goal of this paper is. Then I will follow with the analysis of some poems as A Little Boy Lost, The Human Abstract and Holy Thursday (Songs of Experience). With the analysis of these three poems together with The Garden of Love and The little Vagabond analyzed in the first paper I will be in the position to give a summary trying to show how and why the author attacked the church of his time. At the end of the paper I will finish up with a conclusion in which I will include my thoughts and opinions.
Autoevaluation: I think that I deserve a 7. I have tried to go deeper into one of the topics of my first paper, and I have also tried to make references to my work did in the First Paper. From my point of view this paper is better elaborated and more interstingthan the first one
